Standard (Olympic) Course – Sunday April 22 2018

Races commence 7:00 am. Competitor check-in closes at 6:00am

Road Closures from approx. 5:30am to 11:45am

PLEASE NOTE: This course is subject to change, depending on decisions by the Race Director or Race Referee on the day for safety or logistical reasons.

Course Details:

  • Minimum Age Individual  –  15
  • Minimum Age Team (one leg of relay) – 14
  • Swim Distance – 1.5km
  • Ride Distance – 40km (1 lap)
  • Run Distance – 10km (2 laps)

    • Run Distance first leg – 1km (1 lap)
    • Swim Distance – 200m
    • Run Distance second leg – 1km (1 lap)
